I enjoyed the wrist exercises, particularly the handshake pull and wave; but I was really disappointed that Christine included a downward dog / plank. For me, the whole point of a wrist focused class is to take the weight off the wrists and give them a break from the constant pressure of vinyasa. So sadly I wonโ€™t be including this in my practice again.

Absolutely loved this! As a massage Therapist My right wrist in particular has been super sensitive and even painful, but now that we have wrist love exercise I will start doing this every night to strengthen them both. Thank you so much for this beautiful practice xx
