Great for opening the hips! Thanks Lauren.

This was amazing and effective in releasing tension I was holding after mountain biking. Thanks!

Did this one after a heavy legs session at the gym and it really helped me stretch my sore legs and relax. A great way to unwind after a big day.

What a great way to unwind from the day, and twist, and stretch and relax. Amazing session!

This was such a gentle practice that actually helped me ease into postures that I found near-impossible. I smiled as my body relaxed into poses, and the releasing tight areas. Thanks to very much for this kind practice!!

This was perfect after my long run. Thank you
Love. Love. Love. Lauren you have SUCH a gift with guiding the mind, body and soul through any practice, but in my opinion, Yin with you is exactly what allows me to lean in, or out, with permission and acceptance. Thank you for this gift. Great sequencing. And I am determined to add this to my nighttime routine as you do!
Amazing healing practice. My runner's knee flared up after a run. I completed this 2 days in a row and already my knee is feeling better. Thank you!!
Really love this practice and going to add it weekly. I have such imbalance between my left and right sides right now, and the tightness on one is pulling the other out of alignment. Really felt that with this practice. Looking forward to working with it more!
