Travis will guide you through a power yoga practice with dynamic variations of twisting postures. He will lead you through flows creating a surge of blood circulation, sneaking in a boat twisting vinyasa, and ending with a sweet wind down series.
This is ‘advertised’ as a 30 min class but it is not. Great class, pretty typical Travis flow. I enjoyed the twisting plank challenge at the beginning of the class.
Love it. It is 45 minutes and a good workout with nice cooldown stretches too.
