This class started off great but unfortunately, as it progresses, it’s very noticeable that some moves have been forgotten or changed so the right and left sides aren’t the same within the same flow/section. Sadly, this seems to be the case almost every time I try out a new teacher on this platform. It would have been a great class otherwise.
Sorry, had to stop it after 20 minutes in. I like your instruction but this routine wasn’t for me. I was looking for yoga and not pilates like exercise. The camera person also needs to do some work as when I looked up to see what was going on the camera was often not focused on the people doing the poses but on the instructor. Not much help when you need visual instruction. I liked the well lit room with lots of windows. That created a nice energy.
