Loved it. Thank you Lauren
A fast-moving, unique flow to get you out of your head. Loved the Anne Lamott and Nietzsche references. π
Great! Great! Great! Those of us that have transitioned to yoga from other disciplines like crossfit will love this! Just enough without being over the top insane–thank you for pressing the gas pedal just a bit! π
I don’t know how I missed this when it came out, but it is such a refreshingly different flow. As always, Lauren’s cues are right on.
I loved this flow!
Laurenβ¦I donβt know if itβs because I am lack of practice for the last 12 months ! I found this is a bit too rush for meβ¦ I usually love your classes .
I still did it all the way but had to skip the last set of low lungeβ¦.
It is encouraging for me to get on my mat more tho..
Strong, fun class. I enjoyed the different flows and felt amazing during and after. Thank you, Lauren!
I loved the energy of this practice! Thank you, Lauren. This was invigorating and grounding.
lovely practice. I loved the pace and how creative the flow was. Empowering and motivating. Thank you
I love this flow. Yes, it is different, but that’s what makes it so good for the body and mind. It’s challenging, energizing, and empowering.
Thank you, I loved this practice & the tapping at the beginning! I found the intensity beautifully balanced so that I could stay present the whole time <3
Why so fast? Why stress the body with far too rapid breaths and movements? I like your sequences but the last thing I need in a yoga class is tension and stress, there is another time for that. Thank you anyway for this experience
I was looking for a 45 minute power yoga sequence that would leave me feeling revitalised and this was exactly what I was looking for. Wonderful, thank you.
I love Lauren’s classes so much! Would love to see more 60 min power classes from her!
I really wanted to like this one since I really like Lauren’s other flows. Felt too chopped up and not flowy enough for me. Yoga and jumps just don’t belong together :). Also, Lauren’s dharma talks are usually very inspiring but there was a bit too much talking this time. As someone once said: the real yoga happens when the teacher falls silent π
Absolutely beautiful practice, I can’t remember the last time I felt this connected to my body and still in my mind. It was fast-paced but even for a slow breather it felt good, and the time flew by!
Love how the first sentence out of Lauren’s mouth is this class will be different, and there is all sorts of people complaining about the class being different. I thought it was a lot of fun. Sweaty, free flowing, quicker class that allowed for breathing and incite. Namaste!
Amazing amazing amazing!!!!! I really needed yoga to be also more oxygen oriented, loved the sensation on my body and truly enjoyed the dancing feeling. Thank you Lauren!!!! Please keep them coming!!! I love your classes!!!
Wow. Just wow. What an invigorating and inspiring practice! Sure, it’s not a “traditional” power yoga sequence, but to me that’s what makes this practice so powerful. You will definitely not go through the motions with this practice. Thank you Lauren.
I really liked this. Some people complained about the bouncing and burpee like jumps, but I found it to feel beneficial to the lymphatic system and generally energizing… same goes for the pace and the tapping at the beginning. This was a nice one for mixing it up and had a different creative element to the flow.
It’s a great practice, that helps to calm down and focus. Already added it to ma favourites. Thank you Lauren and the whole team for sharing it with us!
Love, Diana
Really challenging fast-paced flow. But Lauren’s words keep you present and anchored to the practice – even if you want to bounce out of it!
Yoga shouldn’t be so fast you have to skip poses. Lauren, I usually enjoy practicing with you, so I guess I’ll just choose my other favorite sessions and skip this one.
Just what I need: The right flow, at the right time. Thank you for guiding me thru this strong practice π
Thank you! Was great π
great flow, wish it could be 15min longer π
Such an energizing and creative flow! I loved the tapping at the beginning and Lauren’s graceful words throughout! This one is already favorited for those days when I need a quick thorough sweat release π
I really liked it – a strong workout but fierce and graceful β€οΈ
Finally a cardiovascular session beyond the old uninspiring Cardio. A good combination of moves for the whole body, but burpees and chair bounces don’t particularly fit.
did this first thing in the morning. my body was sluggish at first but soon picked up the pace. great practice as usual, thank you for your guidance <3
I wanted to find this empowering, but it was so rushed! Burpees and other aerobic fast moves. Not my cup of tea. So disappointed so far!!! I’m putting on yoga evolution (Travis Eliot 2007? from yoga power gold) & I’m going to savor every real yoga move!
