Lauren…I don’t know if it’s because I am lack of practice for the last 12 months ! I found this is a bit too rush for me… I usually love your classes . I still did it all the way but had to skip the last set of low lunge…. It is encouraging for me to get on my mat more tho..

Why so fast? Why stress the body with far too rapid breaths and movements? I like your sequences but the last thing I need in a yoga class is tension and stress, there is another time for that. Thank you anyway for this experience
