What a bliss! I woke up all blocked and weak due to a cold, but I still wanted to practice, so this was a perfect 20 minute to get my body going, my mind landing and the energy at the right pace. Your wisdom, words and pace always make me incredibly happy, Brittany. Thanks for being you!
