Enjoyed it a lot. I must have missed the powerful core routine, the rest of the class was great. Once again the practice was based around triangle pose. Solid workout for 45min.
Good all-round practice packed into 45 mins; however no core routine; some yoga press-ups instead!
Rigorous power yoga flow that focuses a lot on balance. There isn’t really a section that focuses specifically on the core as it hi others have mentioned, but the core is engaged throughout the session. Sweat was pouring off my forehead by the 30 minute mark!
