A pretty good, fairly enjoyable class that left me feeling calm and alive. Loved Reverse Table, didn't love Cat Pulling Its Tail. Comfortable length of class and great for when you don't want to stand or use your hips and knees much. Very invigorating.
So blissfully relaxing!
