I am sorry. I am a new subscriber but I have to say it. In this class you are not giving any directions at all. For example at first pose are the back of the ribs up and back?. I apologize but I have been practising ballet for so many years and instructions for posture is number one priority at every single exercise.

Really nice session focussed on the hips and legs. Didn’t enjoy the music too much (music wasn’t quite relaxing at times), but prefer music to the non-music version.

I absolutely adore Travis; his cueing and tone are impeccable. Unfortunately, the music over–him at times and often became manic – not Yin like (it actually made me anxious).

I do not have any trouble falling asleep but wanted to try this class as I enjoy Yin Yoga. Enjoyed the practice, however, found the music a bit too loud at times, for my liking. Otherwise, a great class, as usual. Thank you Travis.
