This practice is a simple but effective way to warm up the entire body. Travis will guide you through 5 traditional Sun Salutation As and 5 Sun Salutation Bs. The first round of each will be dedicated to alignment and then the following 4 rounds will be devoted to flowing as you link breath to movement. This class can be a stand alone practice or an effective warm up for other forms of exercise.
