This morning I needed to oxygenate my brain before going to work. Last night I had 1 stiff holiday cocktail in the safety of my home. This practice would be helpful anytime you need to refresh and revive. It worked for me😉🙏🏽
I am tired today. It’s snowing and gray outside. I was up late last night. Decided to try this practice — who would not want to Refresh and Revive? This practice was a pleasure. I think it is aptly titled!

Lovely, lovely, lovely practice! Just what I needed today. Not too strenuous, but just right. I feel lighter, and definitely worked my body. This practice moves at just the right pace to really allow me to move with my breath. Sometimes, in a more powerful class, that can be somewhat challenging (for me at least). Thank you for teaching, i really appreciate.
I practice daily for over a year now and in this lesson you talk about the deep breathing. For me and my partner your breathing was very fast. whenever we had to do 3 repetitions our breath made it easy in 2.
but asside from this. After your lesson we where relaxed and calm, ready for the day.

Absolutely Amazing! This is my second time doing this practice but this time with a low back injury from not being present while in Lounging Lizard. It was perfect for me as Dana slowly and methodically moved though a gentle practice that helped to move blood into my low back without causing any discomfort. I will be returning to this whenever I need to nurture myself.
