This class was PERFECT! I loved the longer holds. The cues to move slowly and consciously. It was powerful and challenging yet slow enough that I was really able to focus my attention on the breath and the experience of my body in the moment.

I was a bit hesitant to do this class as I thought it might be too difficult for me but it was amazing. A great toner for the legs ! Will be doing this one again soon :)

I thought this was a good workout for your legs, but it wasn't a 'flowy' class. Mychal forces you face your thoughts with long holds.
intense but super effective. it was a different kind of practice with both physical rigor and internal reflection which i found to be just what i needed!
