Thanks, Paul, for a “to the point” practice. Sweet but demanding. That first sequence with the knees to elbows got me worried that I would not finish the class, but once I push through, I could really enjoy every bit, even the “restful” moments 😉
Would love to have more of this. 30, 45 and 60 minutes, easy to follow, intense and well lead. Thanks again! (and the music was also perfect. Hardly noticeable but accompanying really well)
