In yoga, the word for focus is dharana. Dharana is the doorway into dhyana, or meditation. This class is like an athletic meditation in motion challenging your strength, flexibility and balance. As you move through all the vicissitudes of the flow keep the mind focused deeply on the breath and before you know it, this class will be in the rear-view mirror.

Outstanding class.
Gosh! I loooooooved this class!! Somehow it feel really “unfamiliar” so I really needed to have that piercing focus, be spot on with my breath and have 100% awareness on every move. There’s a couple of “twists” into the usual poses that I enjoyed a lot, variations on the usual flows that keep you very awake… I just loved it! Thank you, Travis, for keeping surprising us!!
