When my cheeks are full of tears after a class, that's the most beautiful sign of relaxation and relief for me. So i guess this class the exact medicine i needed today. And as soon as i sat upright again for the last minute of the class, our cat came to sit on my lap what she NEVER does. Thanks for that practice !
