Ahhh the hips. We have such a love/hate relationship with our hips. In this 30 minute practice we’ll focus on internal and external rotation, along with hip flexion and extension. Explore some new mobility movements along with more hip awareness in some familiar yoga asanas.

This was an amazing practice. Really great for relieving the hips especially if you spend a lot of time sitting down. I learned a lot of new poses and movements that felt great.
