The active stretching allows us to activate muscles before surrendering to the pose. The yin nature of this practice encourages you to surrender deeper  into each posture, exploring your edges and allowing time to open up, physically and mentally. As you hold these poses, you’ll experience a sense of release and introspection, shedding away the layers of tension and stress that may have accumulated.

The stillness at the edge of the mountain is about finding emotional and mental equilibrium. We will guide you through mindfulness techniques that enable you to quiet the mind, fostering a meditative and introspective experience.

Just what I needed! Still healing from a difficult twin birth and pregnancy 6 months ago and trying to take care of my body mind and soul while babies are asleep so I can be the best version of myself for my little family.
