Your boots may be made for walking, but your legs are made for so much more. This practice will take you through a variety of traditional postures and creative movements designed to help you build strength and increase flexibility in your legs.

clear instruction – some of the poses were “aspirational ” for me but will definitely use this class again..thank you. B- UK
All I can say is WOW. As usual, lovely flow.
Very creative and energizing strengthening flow!
Brent you are a beast and make it look so easy. First time doing this class, hope to do it once weekly and improve. Those pistols are CRAZY…. dream to do it fully one day. Namaste
30 minutes went by so fast! Fantastic class, loved the challenge and the creativity. Thank you!
For technical feedback, I felt the volume of the music was off compared to the volume of Brent’s voice and overpowered it especially at the beginning. Next time, I think I will opt for the version without music. But the class was still great! 🙂
I just love your creativity brent ❤️
Wow! So much awesomeness packed into 30 minutes! I did this one thinking it would be my “take it easy” routine since it was only 30 minutes and it was going to include stretching. My glutes are sore today! I loved the offerings for advanced maneuvers that are worked into both segments of this routine. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I clicked on this one, but I’m glad I did. I will definitely come back to it.
So creative!!! Never thought I’d be attempting pistol squats. Needless to say, I have a lot of work ahead of me. Brent, excellent guidance & encouragement through this awesome combination.
The sequence was good but, sorry, that music drove me insane. It wasn’t yogic at all for me and didn’t allow me to get into my body.

love the way you teach and encourage me to find my edge 🙂
Super clear instructions. Great teacher. Great flow.
Practice is a perfect leg balance between strong and long!
