What a beautiful way to start a Pranayama practice. I’ve been using this one every morning and it has helped center my day. Travis does an excellent job with explaining everything. Great foundational way to build up to longer practice. Thank you!
Very relaxing and nice to combine with ‘lazy days yoga’ when you just want to build up or reinforce your peace state.
Nice intro, excited to learn more 😊
Good simple introduction. Excited to explore more about pranayama.
