In this practice you will stoke the fire by creating awareness and strength in the obliques and glutes in preparation for a balancing dancer pose at the top of your mat. For this practice we recommend having a strap and one block.
Enjoyed this, great short class with a lot of core. Little comic relief by the onscreen talent was nice too.
Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! For a 30 minute flow, you got a great sweat going and worked on core, balance, strength and cardio!!! Definitely doing this one again!!!
