Energetically our lower 3 chakras of Root, Sacral, and Solar create a container for grounding, creativity, and change. Join Christine as you dive into postures to build stability through the structures of the lumbar spine from the deep layers of the core, pelvic floor, and abdominals. Build physical strength to enhance the sensation of trust in your body to create healing in the present moment.

Great class. I'm slowly picking up a bit stronger yoga classes after giving birth 3 months ago. This was a great, focused workout for my situation. Perfect to strengthening my pelvic & belly area again, in just 20 mins. Thank you very much Christine!

Beautiful, quick class. Perfect if you have only 20 minutes and need to unwind. Only feedback: Sometimes, the time between "breathe in" and "on your outbreath" was too long for me, which kind of pushed me out of the flow a little.
I just tried this practice as I recover from a few days of being flu-ish and it has felt awesome! I could feel my strength coming back, my power emanating from my center and my body responding and enjoying. Thank you, Christine, for a beautiful and powerful practice!
