And, like any skill, our ability to experience and express gratitude can improve with practice. During this moving meditation you will practice returning your awareness to gratitude as you practice the power of thanks in the present moment.
Building upon your previous two practices, this practice begins to work your growing edge with more vinyasas, postures such as Humble Warrior, gentle spinal twists and a slightly faster pace.
