Wow... intense but super needed for my shoulders. ....after a2,3km wake up swimming in the sea this morning. Really good and Heat comes❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ but the pace is perfect and explanations are usefull. I certainly will come back to this one in the next 2 months.
