The overdubbing of the cues were hard to hear. I feel like the original cues would have been easier to follow. Not a lot of stretching, was basically a warmup for the rest of your day. That being said it was a good warmup!
Very distracting having the voice ride over the teachers cues. Couldn’t focus or get into the flow of things.
Weird use of editing and dubbing. Otherwise a good class.
I love this practice for winding down in the evening. Bliss before bed.
The overdub was odd, but the flow was great. Harder than I thought it was going to be…
Not as well guided as other classes, moves on both sides weren’t always the same with some moves missed on multiple occasions.
voice overs a bit distracting but overall good flow and instructor energetic.

It doesn’t have equal practices from right to left in the beginning of the practice.
