Definitely one of my favourite Yin practices on the platform. It covers most of my favourite stretches, it really does cover all the foundations. Great if you just need an all-round and slightly quicker practice to target hips, hamstrings, quads, back, and shoulders. I always find myself reaching for this one! Thanks guys!
