Love this one! Great progressive balance poses…not difficult, just challenging enough. The sidearm planks were a surprise and so good for my scoliosis.
Nice class of tree balances
I just love this class. Not too hard, not too fast paced, lot of gentle balance work. Perfect to do in the evening, after a long day, when you just want to forget about the world for a bit 🙂
