Class 4, 5, and 6 are your final three practice that consist of one main flow following the “Find Your Flow” style. In this class, we’ll focus on opening the hips. Starting with a warm-up, we’ll move through the main flow, holding each pose for approximately 5 breaths. Then, we’ll seamlessly link movement to breath, without specific cues. Remember to follow the pattern of inhale and exhale, allowing the inhales to lift and expand, and the exhales to lower and contract. If you lose track of your breath, take a moment to reconnect with the intention of each pose. We’ll complete the class with two cycles, allowing you to find your flow. Get ready to open your hips and find your flow!

Thank you so much Chris for sharing another amazing flow. It was such a great class! I've never knew you could incorporate pigeon pose in a flow, That was spectacular. I'm gonna repeat the whole series for sure!

I loved this class!!! We always have a weird relationship with our hips and this flow allows us to tap into them, not just to open and stretch but to strengthen, which is more uncommon. It's sweet without being extreme, but also demanding and requires a lot of focus and effort (and yes, that heart rate also goes up at some point). Thanks, Chris, for this fabulous series!
