Challenging and inspiring class! Loved the transition to bound half-moon.

Really engaging class though feel like it would have benefitted from a longer 45min runtime to allow for longer poses and explanations of alignment and anatomy. That straight leg hover pose in the first few minutes especially needs more explanation. Maybe in a supplemental bonus video?🙏
That was wonderful, challenging & enlightening!! Next time I’m going to try to lift a leg here or there. I loved the pace and combination of poses. Truly An overall practice in 30 minutes. Thank you Byron
