In this yin yoga class we fold hip openers, backbends, and forward folds while quieting the mind. The absence of light brings out the inner most aspects of ourselves. Overcoming our fears and connecting with life purpose is a necessary component of living an empowered life. Release and let go with guidance and permission to feel the parts of ourselves we sometimes hide.

Beautiful restful grounding practice. The narrative by Byron was just lovely. I see myself coming back to this practice often. We are accustomed to associating “darkness” with unfavorable energy, but this was revering the darkness as a safe space where our senses other than sight can lead the way. I enjoyed the rhetoric as much as the practice. Thank you, Byron.
