Practically everything in yoga engages your core as you transition from posture to posture, stabilize your body, and explore balance. In this 45 minute practice you’ll tone and strengthen your belly while reflecting on the question, “What does it mean to move from my core?” You’ll connect to your true core and find your greatest strength through movement, focus, and integrity. This practice is not recommended for pregnant students.

This is such an interesting, creative, and fun sequence! I love the progression and the twists. I would love to see all classes having a minimum length of savasana because it felt too short in this one after such a deep practice!
