Oh, Brent. You always manage to exceed my expectations! I am chilled, blissed out and… I feel taller, more spacious and graceful. Those hip flexor exercises are an absolute killer for me (my right one has been compromised for years) but they feel soooo good!! I could feel every rotation, every extension and every contraction.
It’s demanding (I’d be surprised otherwise, coming from you 😉 ) yet, an absolute pleasure and a great way to expand.
