Wow! This was an amazing class! It pushed me a little bit past my comfort zone, but I needed it. It was slow, but just the right amount of intensity. This was an absolute bliss after two days hiking and camping. My spine needed a reset and my hips, IT band, and most of my body has highly benefited from this. I love the pigeon twist and how you always push a bit further the poses to find edges we never found before. Thanks, again, Brent, for your creativity and wisdom!!!
