This 45 minute practice will target some of the most overactive areas and muscles of the body. The hip flexors, external hip rotators, hamstrings, and the lower back. After completing this practice, your body will feel open and mobile, leaving you in a state of pure bliss. For this practice we recommend having two blocks, one bolster, and a strap.

Absolute bliss after a physically demanding week. A calm, soothing voice and the perfect cues for each pose. I had melted into my mat by the end of the class. The light in me sees and honors the light in you. Namaste!
