What does it feel like to actually be IN our bodies? This practice is for the Annamaya Kosha—the physical layer of our being, which is the starting point for us to focus inward. This is a flow for honoring our physical bodies and inviting in movements that give us the courage to listen to what we truly need from one moment to the next. We will focus on strength as well as flexibility by opening up the back side of our bodies and hamstrings to prepare for Hanumanasana.
