This is such an energizing and playful flow! Perfect for when you want to get moving and enjoy a bit of a challenge. I always love Lauren's creativity and unique sequences. There's not much time for warm up and cool down so if you're planning on spending more time in savasana/meditation afterwards, account for that extra time.
