Ashtanga yoga is the foundation of virtually all modern vinyasa practices. This class will introduce you to the opening postures in the Ashtanga sequence, giving you a base of both knowledge as well as ability, to help you take your practice to the next level.
Quite challenging for me towards the end but I really liked it and Brent is an excellent instructor! Thank you for offering this with no music. I like the music but it’s too hard for me to hear Brent due to my hearing issues so at least initially while learning the sequence I like to have no music.
Been doing this class for a few months, and I now also do the rest of the primary series and the leg strength and stretch class by Brent. I’m stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever been. A great class that, as Brent says, once you learn it you can take it with you anywhere
