This practice will target your core through full body movements most commonly known as Animal Flow, helping you to gain more awareness by utilizing your core in each movement, and building core strength through dynamic movement.
Wow, I really loved that! It was intense, even while short, and my body totally enjoyed these movements. I guess it’s a good workout for people with some endurance already, as you need some strength, but the mixture between strength and flow was really great.
I would love some more of these! 🙂
