This class will challenge you in all the right ways and don’t be surprised if you reach for the pause button or find yourself in child’s pose throughout the practice.
Lovely, lovely s-l-o-w moving ladder-flow class with the primary focus on one-legged standing balance poses. Perfect for those days when your arms need a bit of a rest because the chatarangas, plank, side plank, & forearm planks are few and far between. There is not a specific peak pose included in this all-levels flow, but due to the number of standing splits, there are several (non-cued) opportunities to add in handstands or handstand hops.
