This certainly kicked my butt!! I used to be able to do most of this but my yoga hiatus and a little extra weight Iāve put on now restrict me from some of the poses. Very humbling and also a sign I need to do more of this!

Love this class! New combinations here I have never done before. Fun and playful due to the sprinkling of handstand kickups throughout. I often do not have the energy left to practice handstands as part of my upper bodyweight calisthenics workout, so I usually end up skipping them altogether. I will definitely be using this class to fill in that gap so I can continue to progress on my off days. (I moved my mat up against a wall so I could really go for it without risking falling backwards, and this was a great help for me.) Thank you Brent!
