75 Breath Practice
This practice is significant for gaining self-mastery, and a prerequisite for advanced practices of meditation, including the Vishoka meditation practice. It has been designed to enable the mind to cultivate a conscious awareness of prana. The more cognizant of prana/life force, the more it awakens.
This awakening leads to the manifestation of greater: willpower, endurance, enthusiasm, determination, and confidence. Other benefits include: providing complete rest to the body, removal of pain from daily wear and tear, overcoming chronic pain, calming of the nervous system, and more. The power of this practice to heal and transform lies in its simplicity and largely depends on the lack of effort.
You will need one pillow, one bolster, and one blanket for this practice.
