I love this class. Deep holds to sink into, perfect sequence, music that calms and resonates. Initially I was wary about the seven minute poses, however itโs perfect, thereโs no rush. Ninety minutes to seamlessly drift into quiet and touch the deep tissues in your body. Travis, thank you. If only you knew how you have changed my life. โค๏ธ
