Who is IDMtv for?

IDMtv is for all levels. Everyone is welcome. For those new to yoga our platform includes “Yoga for Beginners,” a comprehensive 28-day introduction to the foundational poses of power yoga to ensure you develop safe, smart alignment. There are also other Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Meditation and Pranayama practices that are perfect for beginners, too. For those who wish to maintain and/ or grow their practice, IDMtv offers a wide range of classes, including practices with inversions and suggested modifications, that will challenge your strength, balance, and stamina.

Please take breaks as often as necessary and skip any poses or sequences that do not feel appropriate for you.

What will I need during the classes?

We suggest you have a yoga mat, and other suggested props are mentioned before each practice. Restorative Yoga relies on the use of props, so for these practices we suggest having 1-2 yoga blocks and 1 yoga bolster or a stack of folded blankets.

How do I gift the program to someone else?

During checkout select “This is a gift” and simply enter the email address of the intended recipient. They will the receive an email with instructions on how to begin their journey.

How much does it cost?

Access to Inner Dimension TV has a regular cost of $14.95 per month.

But to celebrate our launch, if you join now before June 1st, 2018, you will get a special membership price of just $9.95 per month- and will maintain this special monthly rate for the duration of your membership!

If you cancel and re-subscribe anytime after May 31st, you will be subject to the regular monthly membership rate of $14.95 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to the ‘Subscription’ tab in your Account.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will not be charged during your free 10-day trial. After your free period ends, your card will be charged on a monthly basis to continue your membership, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

I just purchased the program, but I haven’t been able to access the videos yet.

Your membership will be activated immediately once your payment clears with Paypal. You will receive an email from Inner Domain Media with specific instructions on how to log into IDM TV.

Please be patient, as this may take up to 15 minutes.


From how many devices can I access/ stream IDM TV?
As many as you’d like! You can be logged in on a phone, and laptop, and iPad, etc all at the same time.

How can I watch classes on my TV?
To use with a TV many of our customers mirror the videos from the laptop to the TV by using Chromecast, Apple TV, or Amazon Firestick.

You can also use an HDMI cable that hooks up your laptop to your TV. Then your TV can mirror what’s happening on the laptop.

Problem: Playback on my iPad is jittery or occasionally freezes.
Solution: Please ensure your iPad has a strong wifi connection to stream our program properly. For troubleshooting, please refer to this article at appletoolbox.com

Problem: Video freezes during playback
Usually streaming issues are caused by your internet speed or bandwidth not being strong enough. Our player defaults to an “Auto” setting, but this may not always detect your connection speed properly, in which you may need to select it manually. To do so, please click on the “HD” button in the lower right hand corner of the video and select your desired quality rate.

1. Try switching to AUTO in the quality menu, if that’s available
2. If not, switch to one of the lower qualities. For slower connections, we recommend 540p.
If you are still having issues, you may need to close extra browser tabs or other applications that may be using extra bandwidth. Lastly, be sure to disable any active VPN connections that may mask your computer’s true geographic location, as this is also known to cause issues.

Problem: My browser is unable to stream videos on the site.
Solution: Our site is optimized for Google Chrome. Older browsers (such as Internet Explorer 8) may not function properly with our video player. To download the latest version of Chrome, please click here.
